"Everyone else said my personal statement was already great logic-wise -- and there wasn't much room for improvement -- especially from a content point of view. Given that my statement was interwoven with terms and ideas from more than one academic discipline, I could understand why I heard little feedback from my other reviewers on the validity of the conceptual links I had made among the different disciplines.
