Linda Abraham Mentoring Program
| Yes. Accepted.com`s editors are great. The best. They are talented wordsmiths and MBA admissions professionals who provide outstanding service, excellent mentoring, and the critical eye you need to have your essays reflect you at your best.
But some of you still would like to work directly with me, Linda Abraham, the founder of Accepted.com.
Prospects frequently ask if they can work with me on their essays. And I almost always respond that I am simply too busy to advise on and edit essays. I just cannot provide the responsiveness the client deserves.
I have decided to make the time and create the Linda Abraham Mentoring Program (LAMP). A maximum of 5 applicants at a time will participate in (LAMP).
LAMP participants will send me their transcripts (English only, please), résumé, and their response to a lengthy questionnaire that they will receive from Accepted.com. We will then set up appointments to talk via telephone or Skype or for me to critique essays. The telephone consultations and/or my essay reviews will not exceed a total of one hour per month.
In addition LAMP participants will be able to send me general strategy questions via email. I will respond within two business days. The email correspondence will not count towards the one hour.
You decide how many months you will participate in LAMP, and the price varies accordingly.
A few points to keep in mind:
- All LAMP appointments will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time. No weekend appointments.
- Editing is not part of LAMP.
- LAMP participants can (and should) work with an Accepted.com editor on their essays, resumes, letters of recommendation, interview prep, and waitlist needs.
- Whenever LAMP is full, we will start a waitlist for it. As soon as a LAMP spot opens up, we will contact the people on the list in the order in which they were waitlisted. There is no charge or obligation if you are on the LAMP waitlist.
